Analysis of existing processes at the Customer
We often use remote monitoring systems, such as the QiVisor web application. It’s a very handy tool that works as easily as a Wi-Fi router. QiVisor can be connected to almost any production equipment and receive data from its sensors, components and systems. We’ve put it to the test during the pandemic and we guarantee that it works great.
Improvement of existing or development of new technological processes
Based on the results of the data analysis, we will identify "bottlenecks" in the brewery, and offer possible solutions to optimize production. We use the standards and practices of the world’s brewing leaders. We know the specifics of the operation of components and systems of technological equipment, lines; we understand technological processes as a unified system of interdependent elements.
Integration of new equipment. Modernization of existing production
We use 3D modeling and 3D scanning for premises in the design process. This is a guarantee that the equipment layout will be adapted to the Customer’s production. We will not offer what cannot be supplied in the existing capital facilities.
Supply of equipment and components
We offer CIP washers, pasteurizers, dosing stations, dissolution stations for liquid elements, heat exchangers, mixing units, dispensers and mixers, wort cooling and aeration units, bottling stations. The customer receives discounts on components from 15% to 30% when placing an order with us. We supply equipment and spare parts from leading European manufacturers.
Installation and dismantling of equipment. Electrical works, automation and programming
We provide a set of turnkey services, from design to commissioning. The qualifications of our specialists are confirmed by certificates, diplomas, certificates of knowledge verification. But we also provide installation by the Customer’s personnel under our supervision to reduce the cost of the project.

We offer QiVisor for instant help. Our engineer will analyze the data of the system without going to the production, this saves the inspection time by 3 times and travel expenses on average 340 euros per month. The Customer’s specialists will be able to monitor the processes at the brewery 24/7 from anywhere in with an Internet connection. They will be able to get advice from our experts if they need it.
