Product Type: In-line Pasteurizers
Description:
VIRAVIX UHT pasteurizers are engineered for ultra-high temperature treatment of milk, dairy products, and beverages. They ensure absolute microbiological stability, reliable thermal performance, and optimized resource usage while preserving product quality and supporting safe and hygienic production.
The VIRAVIX UHT (Ultra High Temperature) pasteurizer is an advanced continuous processing system designed for high-temperature short-time treatment of milk and beverage products. Operating typically at temperatures above 135°C for 1 to 5 seconds, it ensures complete microbial inactivation and extended shelf life while maintaining product characteristics as much as possible.
Depending on the application and product viscosity, the system can utilize direct or indirect heating methods, as well as plate, tubular, or scraped surface heat exchangers. This flexibility allows optimal heat transfer efficiency and precise control of thermal impact on the product.
Each UHT pasteurizer is configured according to plant-specific production conditions and performance requirements. The unit is available in fully automatic or semi-automatic versions and supports adjustable temperature-time combinations as needed.
Integrated traceability and data logging systems record all critical pasteurization parameters, ensuring full monitoring capability and compliance with food safety standards. With optimized OPEX and TCO, the UHT system offers reduced energy and water consumption for sustainable, efficient production.
