W+ Pharma Model

The APV W+ Pharma pump model has been specifically developed to meet the strict hygiene and performance requirements of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The design focuses on ultra-clean operation, high efficiency, and gentle product handling.

A dedicated drain port improves cleanability and helps maintain hygienic operation. The pump is particularly suitable for critical pharmaceutical processes such as the production of Water for Injection (WFI), purified water, and de-mineralized water.

High-efficiency impellers combined with the patented APV spiral volute design ensure optimal hydraulic performance, smooth product flow, and gentle liquid transfer directly from inlet to outlet.

Casing SS 316L W+ pumps can be supplied with all standard threads and clamps in accordance to DS, BS, DIN, SMS and ISO as well as DIN flanges.

I EC metric standard, 2, 4 or 6 poles, at 50/60 Hz, I P55, insulation class F. W+ pumps are as standard in Europe delivered with motors meeting the I E2 efficiency level in accordance to the Directive 2005/32/ EC Eco-design of Energy using Products.

 

 

W+ pumps meet the requirements of the Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/ E EC and 89/109/ E EC.
