Description:

VIRAVIX HTST pasteurizers are designed for efficient and precise thermal treatment of milk, cream, and various beverages. They ensure stable product quality, reliable temperature control, and optimized resource consumption, guaranteeing hygienic operation and safe processing conditions.

The VIRAVIX HTST (High Temperature Short Time) pasteurizer is an automated system for continuous pasteurization of milk and other liquid dairy or beverage products. It provides microbiological safety while maintaining the natural taste, nutritional properties, and texture of the product.

Depending on the application, the unit can be equipped with plate, tubular, or scraped surface heat exchangers, ensuring optimal heat transfer efficiency for different product viscosities. Each system is tailored to the production parameters of the plant and can operate at various temperature and time settings — typically 72°C or 95°C for 15 or 30 seconds, or as specified.

The HTST pasteurizer is available in fully automatic or semi-automatic configurations. Advanced control and monitoring functions allow full traceability and data logging of key pasteurization parameters, ensuring consistent performance and compliance with food safety standards.

With its optimized OPEX and TCO, the system minimizes energy and water consumption, contributing to sustainable and cost-effective production.
